Weddings/Birthday Parties/Special Events

• The time slot includes setup and cleanup, the event itself, and using a picnic shelter and 17 picnic tables. We also have a private "outhouse" style restroom with two stalls. 

•  Sunflower fields are expected to bloom the last two weeks of August and the first week of September. Zinnias are expected to bloom in July and remain pretty until frost. Please note that blooming is not guaranteed as it is weather-dependent.

• No food or decorations are included, but you can bring your own. 

• A deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking and will be refunded after inspection finds no damage, all trash is picked up and removed from the venue, and attendees do not arrive early or stay late. If you would like us to dispose of the trash, we are happy to do so, but we will retain the deposit.

• Please note that there may be additional guests at the farm during your event. To reserve the entire farm for your event for $500/day, please text Farmer Jennifer at 304-646-3784.
